MANAGING DIRECTOR


Haji Nasruddin Borham , B.Eng (Sunderland, UK), Dip (UiTM)

The Managing Director of Gabungan Sumber Tenaga Sdn Bhd, Haji Nasruddin Borham was born in 1962. He obtained his Certificate from the Ungku Omar Polytechnic, Ipoh in 1982, and later on involved with the Malaysian Institute of Nuclear Technology Research (formerly known as Pusat Penyelidikan Atom, PUSPATI), TTDI in the same year.

In 1985, he obtained his Diploma in Electronics Engineering from the Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). He was then employed with camera giant Minolta Sdn Bhd in the same year, and later on with NEC Semiconductor Sdn Bhd the following year.

After his employment with NEC, he continued his studies in Bachelor in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in the University of Sunderland, United Kingdom (formerly known as the Sunderland Polytechnic, UK), and successfully graduated in 1989.

Upon returning to Malaysia, he was attached with TOSHIBA as an Engineer for 7 years, before deciding to leave the company to incorporate Gabungan Sumber Tenaga Sdn Bhd (GST) in 1996. Underpinning the success of GST has been exemplary records of innovation and quality of products and services provided, lead by the Managing Director Haji Nasruddin, bringing Gabungan Sumber Tenaga to a greater new height.
